What we offer

Pick Up Party

We can fire up the smoker just for you! This can be done on weekends and potentially week days if we have the availability. You or someone in your party would essentially be placing a large order for pick up from us in Saint Paul. A minimum order is required.

Delivery and setup

We are happy to deliver your meat treats, help you get setup with a buffet style service and leave you to enjoy your event. As mentioned above, a minimum order is required.

full dog and pony show

You get the blonde lady, the bald guy and the pit at your location of choice. We don’t actually have a pony and full transparency….our dogs are not very good guests, so it’s just us and the shiny meat box! We can serve large amounts of food with a buffet style set up. Your guests serve themselves and we keep the meat coming fresh off the smoker! Your guests will love to check out the meat ferris wheel inside and Robert loves passing out meat treats while he is slicing up the goodies!

Meats: Beef Brisket, Baby Back Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork Shoulder, Beef Ribs

Sides: Smoked Beans, Mac N Cheese, Pork N Greens, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, & Seasonal Fruit

Extras: Buns & Sauce

Additional Items: Disposable Warming Chafers, Sternos, Serving Utensils, Plates, Napkins, Eating Utensils
