We have the State Fair on the run with this item! This is Zud’s delicious bacon double smoked by the bacon master himself and smoked a third time by the bald guy with the addition of our pork RUB. Our RUB contains the perfect balance of seasoning and brown sugar, hence the candied outer coating. This delightful meat crack snack consists of two thick slices of Zud’s regular bacon served warm directly off the smoker and can be enjoyed for $5 each.

Due to overwhelming popularity we have decided to make this item available to preorder. Zud is making them as fast as he can and we will still plan to have some of them available for walk ups but the same suggestions apply. We recommend arriving closer to 5pm if you are hoping to grab some of these tasty treats if you have not preordered because they sell out fast! You will not be sad if you get to eat one, you will be sad if you watch the person in front of you walk away saying “Oh my god!” with the last one!
