Martin grew up in Farmington, MN. His interest in music began at the ripe old age of three years old when he would hum a tune while playing with cars and trucks instead of making motor noises. He learned to play guitar at eight years of age on a guitar with “mile high” strings. Somehow, he never gave up. Martin has played in many successful groups including The Scott Daniels Show, The Redemption Alley Band and The Marty Lamar Band to name a few. Martin has also had a successful solo career working with producer, Dick McVey in Nashville, TN. Marty has written and recorded several songs that received national and international airplay! Many have been on the charts here and abroad. In this most recent musical iteration, Martin joins acoustic guitarist and vocalist, Jason Weber in a new dynamic duo! Martin met Jason on the worship team of their church.

Jason grew up in the Twin Cities, MN and has loved anything to do with music for as long as he can remember. From performance piano and studying music theory as a child, to studying classical guitar technique under the tutelage of Glen Larson, to teaching himself to play the drums at the age of fifteen, to leading worship at various churches, Jason's musical roots run deep throughout his life. His desire whenever he performs is to connect people with the story being told through song.
